Retailer Product Integration Manager

Job Purpose:

Manage and oversee the integration of retailer partner relationships.

Duties:

  • Oversee the integration of retailer customer XML feeds within www.fashion-ade.com and associated consumer marketing platforms (email, facebook, twitter, etc.)
  • Identify and execute strategies to improve retailer customer performance rates
  • Oversee the implementation of partner white label solutions, working as a conduit between development team and customers to ensure customer needs are met
  • Review, maintain and regularly communicate retailer performance analyses, organizing data into useable reports which can be prioritized and acted upon.
  • As appropriate, make recommendations for product resolution based on retailer customer feedback and/or performance analysis.  Work with management to identify prioritization, maintain implementation records to track what workflow and completion.
  • Along with company employees and consultants, evaluate potential solutions to identified problems.

Skills/Qualifications:
  • Experience with web processes a must, fashion experience a plus but not required.  
  • 1-3 years experience with interactive applications
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Strong customer focus
  • Attention to detail, ability to track complex issues, emphasizing excellence, tending to perfectionism
  • Communication – strong written and oral skills, ability to interface with senior managers/retailer partners
  • Ability to work as a part of a team, strong people skills.
